1. Payment of golf group's balance is due on the day of arrival at the pro shop.

2. Culbertson Hills' restaurant will be serving breakfasts and dinners only to those golf package groups who have made reservations.  Individuals are required to eat their meals the same day as their group's reservations.

3. Lunches are available from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. daily in the clubhouse and from the concession stand while you are on the golf course.

4. Refund Policy:   Deposits will be refunded if reservations are cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date.

   If the golf course is closed due to it being unplayable, rainchecks will be given for greens fees and cart fees.

   Absolutely no refunds will be given for the food portion of your package.

5. Please include all meal reservations and choices with your deposit.

6. All alcoholic beverages taken on the golf course must be purchased from Culbertson Hills.

7. Please include a list of players if your group has requested club storage.
